When the rod is correctly inserted into the cartridge chamber it is held in place by an O-RING and eliminates any possibility of an involuntary discharge caused by incorrect or careless use of the weapon.

Protruding approximately 1 cm from the front, making it clearly visible from any angle, it's ideal for firearms training, for safety at the range, or at home. The Safety Rods are molded from red ABS for high visibility and won't damage the barrel, firing pin, or internal mechanisms of the gun.
